Przez kilkadziesiąt lat było to typowe samowystarczalne gospodarstwo rolne. W 1989 roku pola uprawne przekształciliśmy w łąki i pastwiska dla koni. Rok 1991 datuje powstanie Korfowe Arabians. Agrokultura Korfowe to również ulubione miejsce spotkań i twórczości najwybitniejszych polskich artystów. Regularnie organizowane są tutaj plenery artystyczne.
